Victoria Coombes is a Registered Social Worker and UK qualified Play Therapist providing counselling and psychotherapy for children and adults. She supports adults in the areas of grief and bereavement, caregiver burnout, and living with a life limiting illness.

She supports children using creative approaches including traditional talk therapy, play therapy and art therapy techniques. Dedicated to helping clients gain insight on personal challenges and difficulties in order to lead their best life in a healthy and meaningful way, Victoria works collaboratively to create a safe space for clients to be heard and to support them in drawing upon their own strengths and resilience in order to move forward.

Victoria has a BA Honors degree from Edge Hill University in England, a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work and Psychiatric Social Work, a Post Graduate Certificate in Child Forensic Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Play Therapy, and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers (#832190).

Victoria has extensive experience in the fields of counselling and psychotherapy with adults and children, a significant post graduate education, and has undertaken numerous additional training courses in order to meet client needs including qualifications in play therapy and complicated bereavement skills training.
